Refund Policy
Listings & Advertising Services
All listings, advertising placements, and related services are digital services purchased outside the mobile app through our website.
All sales are final once onboarding, listing setup, activation, or publication has begun.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase only if the listing has not been activated, published, or onboarded.
No refunds will be issued after any of the following have occurred:
Listing setup or onboarding has begun
Listing has been activated or published
Advertising services have been delivered or scheduled
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Renewals
Listings are sold on an annual basis unless otherwise stated. Buyers will receive a renewal notification approximately 30 days prior to the renewal date. Cancellations must be requested before the renewal date to avoid renewal charges.
App Purchases
Refund requests for listings must be submitted directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store in accordance with their refund policies.
