Pre-Launch Status

Utah Contractors Guide is currently operating in a pre-launch onboarding phase. Supplier listings purchased prior to public launch are intended for early access, onboarding, and setup ahead of the app’s release.

Launch Timeline

The public launch of the Utah Contractors Guide app is expected between April 1 and May 1, 2026, but timing may change due to app store approvals, testing, or technical requirements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Utah Contractors Guide (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Utah Contractors Guide website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Utah Contractors Guide is a digital directory platform that connects:

• Construction material suppliers

• Equipment suppliers

• Contractors and service providers

• Members of the general public

The Platform provides advertising listings, business information, map locations, and promotional features such as coupons.

Utah Contractors Guide:

• Does not provide construction services

• Does not sell materials

• Is not a contractor

• Is not a broker or agent

• Does not guarantee performance of any listed business

We are solely a directory and advertising platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, including saving listings and unlocking coupons, users must create an account.

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You will not create multiple accounts for abuse of promotions or coupons.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Business Listings & Advertising

Suppliers and Service Providers may purchase listing placements on the Platform.

4.1 Paid Advertising

Listings are paid advertising placements. Payment does not guarantee:

• Leads

• Sales

• Customer inquiries

• Specific ranking (unless explicitly stated in a Premium plan)

4.2 Listing Approval

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any listing

• Remove or modify listings

• Reclassify categories

• Remove inaccurate or misleading content

4.3 Accuracy of Information

Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate, including:

• Business name

• Phone number

• Website

• Address

• Service area

• Promotional offers

Utah Contractors Guide is not responsible for outdated or incorrect information.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

5.1 Payment Terms

All listing fees must be paid in full prior to publication.

Listings may be offered as annual subscriptions or fixed-term placements, as described at purchase.

5.2 Renewals

If listings are set to renew, renewal terms will be disclosed at time of purchase. Failure to renew may result in removal of the listing.

5.3 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of payment.

• Once a listing has been approved and published, refunds may not be available.

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Coupons & Promotions

Businesses may offer coupons or promotional discounts through the Platform.

Utah Contractors Guide:

• Does not guarantee availability of any promotion.

• Does not guarantee that a business will honor a coupon.

• Is not responsible for disputes related to promotions.

Coupons may:

• Be limited to one per user

• Be limited to one per year

• Expire at any time

• Be modified or discontinued by the business

Users are responsible for verifying details directly with the business.

7. No Endorsement & No Verification

Listings on the Platform do not constitute endorsement or recommendation.

Unless explicitly stated, we do not verify:

• Licenses

• Insurance

• Certifications

• Qualifications

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring or purchasing from any listed business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utah Contractors Guide shall not be liable for:

• Contractor performance

• Supplier product quality

• Project delays

• Property damage

• Personal injury

• Financial loss

• Lost profits

• Indirect or consequential damages

All transactions, agreements, and disputes are strictly between users and the listed business.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us for listing services within the previous twelve (12) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Utah Contractors Guide and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your business operations

• Your violation of these Terms

• Any dispute between you and another user

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information

• Impersonate another business

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to scrape or extract data

• Reverse engineer the app

• Spam listed businesses

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos

• Branding

• Layout

• Graphics

• Text

• Software structure

Is the property of Utah Contractors Guide and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services, including:

• Payment processors

• Google Maps

• Website links

• Email services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their policies.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Non-payment

• Misuse of coupons

• Harmful conduct

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Utah.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
